Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 October 2026

1. Current demo and planned service

LatentBay is a pre-release demo for browsing non-portrait product-image workflow documentation, bilingual guides and recorded example outputs. Public registration, uploads, cloud runs, redemption, downloads and API access are closed. No real payments are accepted. The planned product is subscription software operated directly by LatentBay, not a marketplace for third-party sellers.

2. Sandbox testing

Only authorized, time-limited test accounts may use Paddle sandbox checkout, subscriptions and the customer portal. Sandbox transactions do not create real payments, deliveries or redeemable rights. Test allowances will not migrate to the live service. Do not enter real card information.

3. Subscriptions and usage allowances

The pricing page describes planned subscriptions and usage limits, not currently available services. At launch, the price, interval, applicable taxes and enabled features shown at checkout will apply. Usage allowances are limited to this service and cannot be purchased separately, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for cash.

4. Intellectual property and licenses

LatentBay holds applicable rights in its original workflow arrangements, documentation and site design. ComfyUI, third-party nodes, base models, assets and user inputs retain their respective licenses and rights; we do not claim ownership of those rights. Use remains subject to applicable licenses. Rights in outputs depend on law, input rights and model licenses; exclusive copyright in every output is not guaranteed.

5. Product boundaries and prohibited use

Our service covers non-portrait product-image processing. Face swaps, digital humans, portrait generation, deepfakes, voice impersonation and third-party seller transactions are outside our offering. Illegal, sexual, deceptive, infringing, harassing or impersonation uses and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited. The same boundaries apply to the live product.

6. Payments, cancellation and refunds

Planned subscriptions will be sold by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, handling applicable sales taxes. This demo uses sandbox only and collects no real money. We plan to accept refund requests within 14 days of a payment or renewal and allow cancellation of future renewal. See the Refund Policy for handling, Paddle buyer terms and statutory rights.

7. Examples and limitations

Images and videos are recorded examples from previous tests. They do not represent live generation, compatibility with every environment, completed commercial-license approval or guaranteed output quality. Sandbox subscriptions cannot unlock disabled services. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

8. Operator and contact

LatentBay is operated by Xiangkun Wen, an individual seller. Address: Building 2, Unit 1, Room 601, Changfengyuan Phase 3, Luhua Road, Daxing District, Beijing 102600, China. Contact: [email protected]. Contact us about terms, infringement or privacy; policy changes are dated on this page.
